Help with CareLume — the family medication and care coordinator.

Getting started

• Create a circle: Open CareLume, choose "I coordinate care," and set up a care circle for the person you're helping.
• Add medications, appointments, and tasks from the relevant tabs.
• Invite family and helpers: From the Circle tab, send an invite. They can join with the role you choose — Coordinator, Helper, Viewer, or the person receiving care.

Syncing across devices

CareLume syncs through your own Apple iCloud, so everyone in a circle sees the same information. Make sure each device is signed into iCloud. If something looks out of date, open the app to trigger a fresh sync, and check your internet connection.

Notifications

To receive medication reminders and alerts, allow notifications when prompted, or enable them in iPhone Settings → CareLume → Notifications.

Subscription

CareLume offers a subscription after a free trial. You can manage or cancel it any time in iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions. Billing is handled by Apple.
